Information About Cookies
WISEcode uses cookies to make interactions with the WISEcode Platform easier, and they allow us to provide more meaningful communications. When you visit the
WISEcode Platform, WISEcode’s servers send multiple cookies to your computer.
WISEcode uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session
cookies allow WISEcode to continually verify your identity once you are logged into
the Services and to process your online transactions and requests. Persistent
cookies are used to identify browsers that have previously completed both steps of
the two-factor authentication process against the WISEcode Platform. All cookies
are secured using standard encryption. When you purchase a Subscription or
provide us with Personal Information, a unique identifier is assigned to you. This
unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that WISEcode places on
your Web browser. If you disable your web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you
will be able to navigate the WISEcode Platform, but you will not be able to use the
Services. We may use information from session and persistent cookies in
combination with User Data to provide you with information about WISEcode and
offerings from WISEcode.
Web Beacons and IP Addresses
WISEcode uses web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile
information about your usage of the WISEcode Platform and interaction with emails
from WISEcode. We use the information from web beacons to operate and improve
the Services and our email communications, and to provide you with information
about WISEcode and our Services. We collect IP addresses to track and aggregate
non-Personal Information. For example, WISEcode uses IP addresses to monitor the
geographic regions from which Users navigate the WISEcode Platform.

If you do not subscribe to our Services, we do not share your Personal Information
with any third parties.
If you subscribe to our Services, we share your Personal Information with our

and treat your Personal Information with the same level of protection that we do.
WISEcode will not share User Data with any other third parties, and will never sell
User Data to a third party.

information requests from government authorities, to address national security
situations, or when otherwise required by law. WISEcode may also use or disclose
User Data if WISEcode believes that use or disclosure is necessary to protect
WISEcode’s rights, to comply with applicable regulations, or to comply with a
judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process.
Anonymous Data
We reserve the right to use, transfer, sell, and share aggregated, anonymized data
for any legal purpose.
Advertisements

interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by WISEcode; it does
